1) Scope & Ownership

Unless otherwise noted, all original text, layout, and UI elements on AloMatches are protected by copyright and may not be copied, mirrored, or redistributed without prior written permission.

2) Third-Party Videos & Embeds

• Where video or highlights appear, they are generally embedded from authorized third-party platforms (e.g., official league or publisher players). The content remains hosted on the original platform’s servers.
• We do not upload or store pirated broadcasts. If an embedded source becomes unauthorized or is removed by the original publisher, it will cease to be available on our pages.
• Logos and marks displayed inside third-party widgets are the property of their respective owners and appear strictly for identification within those widgets.

3) Trademarks & Logos

All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. AloMatches is an independent project and is not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, CAF, AFC, CONMEBOL, CONCACAF, national leagues, clubs, or broadcasters unless expressly stated.

4) Fair Use

Limited use of names, titles, or thumbnails may qualify as fair use for commentary, identification, or indexing. However, fair use is a case-by-case legal doctrine—not a blanket permission. If you believe a use exceeds fair use, please notify us via the DMCA process below.

5) User-Submitted Content (if any)

• We prohibit uploading or linking to infringing content.
• Upon receiving valid notice, we may remove or disable access to alleged infringing material and, where applicable, terminate repeat infringers.

6) Notice & Takedown (DMCA)

To request removal of allegedly infringing material on AloMatches, submit a DMCA notice with all required elements. You can use our DMCA page to guide your submission.

Required Elements of a Proper Notice

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL(s) on our site).
3. Your name, company (if any), address, telephone, and email.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Submit via the DMCA page (preferred). We aim to review valid notices promptly.

7) Counter-Notice

If your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
2. Your name, address, telephone, and email.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your consent to jurisdiction of a competent court and acceptance of service from the original claimant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

8) Repeat Infringement

Where applicable, we reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

9) Hotlinking, Scraping & Automated Reuse

• Do not hotlink our images, stylesheets, or scripts.
• Automated scraping or bulk reuse of our pages without permission is prohibited.
